Appointments
Each appointment will last between 20 and 40 minutes. The first appointment of which will include an assessment and treatment planning session.
The physiotherapist requires all the information you can give them about your problem on the initial assessment, this is why we ask you to complete a consent form on your arrival. We also encourage you to bring any x-rays/scans/previous assessments you may have to speed up the assessment process and assist us in developing a specific treatment plan for you.
A pre-constructed assessment form will be completed to ensure no information is missed. If however you decide not to voluntarily give us information remember this IS your right.
Pricing
ACC : First Session Co-payment $20.00
Follow up Co-payments $15.00 (for more information see www.acc.co.nz )
Private (non ACC) : $50.00 per visit
Private (acupuncture) : $65.00 per visit (3/4 hour)
We accept cash, cheques and EFT-POS, however we regret that we are not able to accept credit cards.
