We are passionate about not only recovery from injury, but also empowering you to be proactive and take control of your recovery by giving you the tools to enable ongoing maintenance allowing you to achieve optimal health and well-being. We achieve this through extended and focused treatment sessions including a thorough assessment, detailed rehabilitation plan and a wide range of treatment modalities.
Sarah has 9 years of musculoskeletal private practice experience in New Zealand, Australia and the UK. She graduated from Auckland University of Technology in 2007 with a BHSc Physiotherapy and is a current member of the New Zealand Society of Physiotherapists.
Sarah is currently undertaking postgraduate study at Auckland University of Technology (Masters of Health Practice in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy) and Otago University (Postgraduate Diploma in Sports and Exercise Medicine).
Sarah has worked with premier, reserve and 85kg grade club rugby and the North Harbour 85kg team. She also works closely with a number of weightlifters who represent New Zealand and competitive crossfitters.
Her interests include running, CrossFit, snowboarding, rugby and weightlifting and in her spare time she enjoys catching up with friends and travelling to new places.
